Cotiza is built by Victor Diaz Valdivia, from Miami, Florida — one founder building one product for one kind of user: the contractor who does great work and hates the paperwork.

Who Cotiza is for

Hundreds of thousands of contractors in the US live between two languages: the crew and the trade run in Spanish, the client and the bank run in English. Most quoting tools are built for neither — they assume a desk, a keyboard, and one language. Cotiza is built for the person quoting a job from a truck, phone in hand, gloves in the other.

What it does

You describe the job the way you'd tell a friend — by voice or by typing, in Spanish, English or both mixed — and Cotiza turns it into a professional estimate: materials and labor with quantities, prices suggested from your area, a bilingual PDF with your business name on top, a link your client approves and signs from, and a payment link so you get paid by card or bank without chasing. Hand-made estimates are free, always. The product page walks the whole flow with real captures.

Where it stands today

Cotiza is in beta, and says so openly. The core flow — describe, estimate, approve, sign, collect — works today in production, and it's being hardened every week with the contractors who use it. If you want in, ask for a spot from the home page, or just open the web app.

Why bilingual is the whole point, not a feature

The estimate you send decides whether you look like a professional. When your client reads English and you work in Spanish, every document is a translation risk you're taking alone. Cotiza's answer: every estimate, invoice and signed term exists in both languages, side by side — neither is an afterthought.
